The app uses the WHO baseline schedule worldwide, with curated national schedules for South Africa and a growing list of other countries. If your country isn't curated yet, you'll still see a sensible baseline — write to us and we'll prioritise yours.
Free-tier users see a single, non-personalised banner ad at the bottom of the home screen. Premium subscribers see no ads anywhere. Because Kiduvo is treated as a child-directed service, we configure Google AdMob to disable behavioural targeting — only family-safe ads are served.
From the Kiduvo menu → Manage subscription, or from your Google Play / Apple account settings. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Yes. Premium subscribers can export a PDF summary at any time. Anyone can request a full data export by emailing proteabyte@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days as required by POPIA / GDPR.
All personal information and child records are deleted within 30 days, with backups purged within a further 30 days. We do not retain a recoverable copy of your data after that point.
